Terms
Short, because it is a small app. Installing Packhouse Build means you accept what is below.
1. Who you are dealing with
Packhouse Build is supplied by Markland Hill, the trading name of A Stott, in the United Kingdom. These terms are between you — the business installing the app — and us.
Wix is not a party to them. Your relationship with Wix is governed by Wix's own terms, and their billing terms govern how you pay for the app, because Wix collects the money and passes it on.
2. What the app does
Packhouse Build lets your customers build a box from your own products. It writes the finished box into their basket as one line, records what is inside it on the order, and adjusts your stock when a box sells.
It is a tool for your shop. It does not sell anything to anybody on our behalf, and we are not part of any contract between you and your customers.
3. What you are responsible for
- Your prices. What a box costs is what you set. Check a box end to end before you put it in front of customers — the app will price whatever you tell it to.
- Your products. Their descriptions, photographs, allergens, and whether they are fit to sell.
- Your customers. You are the data controller for their information. See the privacy policy.
- Your Wix account. Keeping it secure, and deciding who in your business may change the app's settings.
- Checking your stock. The app moves stock for the boxes it sells. It is not a stock system, and it cannot know about a tray you dropped.
4. Trial and billing
Packhouse Build has one plan and a free trial. During the trial every feature is available. When the trial ends, the app locks its paid features until a plan is active — your settings and your boxes are untouched and come straight back if you subscribe later.
Wix bills you, not us, so changing or cancelling a plan is done in your Wix account. Refunds follow Wix's policy. If something has gone wrong, write to us before you ask Wix — most of it we can simply fix.
5. Uninstalling
You may uninstall at any time from your Wix dashboard. The CMS collections Packhouse Build created stay in your site with their contents, so your records remain yours. Boxes stop appearing on your storefront.
If you would like those collections removed, you can delete them yourself in the Wix CMS.
6. Changes to the app
The app is improved regularly, and features may change. If something is removed that shops depend on, that is said on the listing and by email where we can reach you.
Wix will ask you to approve any new permission before a new version can use it.
7. Availability
We do not promise the app will be available without interruption. It depends on Wix, on your own site, and on services neither of us controls. Storefront failures are designed to fail quietly: if the builder cannot load, your ordinary product pages and checkout carry on working.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Packhouse Build to sell anything illegal, to misrepresent what is in a box, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or this site. We may withdraw support from an account doing any of those.
9. What we do not promise
The app is supplied as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data, or indirect losses.
Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you are a business, your statutory rights as a consumer do not apply. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects them.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
